How can I get from Hollywood studios to art of animation resort

    Hiya, Nancy!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question! It looks like you’re about to put the pedal to the metal on your magical vacation—how exciting! I bet you can already picture yourself strolling down Sunset Boulevard, bubbles in the air, and gazing up at the Tower of Terror!

Alright, let’s shift gears and talk about getting from Hollywood Studios to Art of Animation, which is home to some wheel-y fun theming, especially if you’re a fan of Lightning, Mater, and the whole Cars crew!

First, let’s talk about the fastest route. The Skyliner! This is one of my kids’ favorite ways to travel—it’s smooth sailing and you get a bird’s-eye view of the magic. From Hollywood Studios, you’ll hop aboard the Skyliner and glide over to Caribbean Beach Resort, which is kind of like your own personal Pit Stop. From there, you’ll switch to a second Skyliner line that’ll zoom you straight to Art of Animation. Keep an eye out for gondolas themed with favorite characters—my little racers always try to spot their favorite characters soaring in the air.

Another option is the resort buses. Disney buses also run between the parks and resorts; they're a great backup if you want to relax. Just check the My Disney Experience app for departure times.

Last, you can use the Minnie Vans. If you're looking for a more private ride (and a stylish one, too!), you can call a Minnie Van powered by Lyft. For a little extra cost, Cast Members drive these adorable red and white polka-dot vans and will get you where you’re going in comfort, with a little flair that Minnie Mouse would totally approve of!

Nancy, I hope this helps you navigate your planning like a pro! If any more questions pop up, be sure to visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
