Do holidays affect the 180 day reservation window? My 180 day mark falls on Easter this year. I will be traveling the following morning out of state, so fingers crossed it does not delay when I can get on to reserve. TIA!

Hi Jessica! It is great you are aware of your magical 180 day booking reservation date for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. It is not so great it falls on a holiday.

Unfortunately, it does not matter what day it is as Disney sticks to the 180 day mark no matter what. I remember one year my day was Christmas making that an incredibly hard time of my life to deal with my reservations and excited kiddos wanting to open gifts. But it all worked out and we got our dining and the kids got their gifts.

To be prepared make sure you look over all the Disney Dining Choices and have a list of where you wish to get your reservations. PIck back-up choices just in case and be on line ready to go Easter morning. You might even find it easier since it is a holiday and not everyone will be as vigilant as you. If there is one spot that is very popular grab those reservations first and work backwards if you have to as the longer you wait on the popular ones the more risk you take they will not be available.

Good luck and hope the Easter Bunny brings you lots of good eggs!
