Hi Dana, and welcome to planDisney! This is such a great question because Disney hotel perks have changed a bit over the years, and the names can definitely get a little confusing.

Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area can enjoy
Early Theme Park Entry, which means you’ll be able to enter the parks 30 minutes before official opening each day. While Disney has retired the old “Extra Magic Hours” name, you’ll still get a little extra pixie dust in the mornings with this awesome early-entry perk! My family LOVES using that time to hop on a favorite attraction before the crowds roll in… it’s such a great way to start a Disney day!
One important distinction to note: Extended Evening Hours are reserved for Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, so that particular nighttime perk would not apply at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs hotel. But do take advantage of that early morning perk. Those early mornings can really make a difference in kickstarting your day with tons of magic while getting to experience your favorite attractions with shorter waits!
Before your trip, I definitely recommend linking your hotel reservation in the
My Disney Experience app, so your Early Entry eligibility shows properly. Then you’ll be ready to hit the parks bright and early like a Disney pro!
