I am going on holiday with my husband and daughter and have a question regarding fastpasses. If I don’t want to go on a ride but my husband and daughter do, can I just book fastpasses for them and have one of mine left over for on the day?

    Hi Tracey!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

One of the things I like the most about FastPass+ selections is that we can absolutely make our choices to suit our whole group.  So, if we all want to enjoy the same attraction, we can choose a FastPass+ for all of us at the same time.  However, if some of us want to do different things, we can make individual itineraries for everyone.  If your husband and daughter want to experience an attraction that you don't want to ride, you could always book yourself a different FastPass+ for the same time, and then meet up afterwards, or you can save your FastPass+ to use on the same day - but please know that the most popular rides may not be available for same day reservations.  For each day of your trip, you can make three initial selections in the same theme park, and thereafter you may book them one-by-one at any of the four theme parks.  The easiest way to make your bookings while you are on the go is by using your My Disney Experience mobile app, or by visiting the FastPass+ Kiosks located around the theme parks.  If you are staying at Disney Resort hotel you can start making your selections 60 days in advance (or 30 days in advance if staying elsewhere).

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
