When do the holiday crowds thin out? Thinking of changing dates for Dec.25-29 to Dec.31-Jan3. Are the holiday parades still going then? decorations up? I 'm wondering if it's worth the change. I know it's a little cheaper, too. you always help me decide.

Out of personal experience, I have found that the date ranges you note (Dec 25 - Jan 3) are equally crowded unfortunately.   You may find a slight decline as you approach the 3rd, but I am not sure it worth changing simply due to crowds.    The good news is that should you switch dates to the later time, all the holiday parades and decorations should still be in full swing.    Either way, I am sure you will have a great time - I love Christmas as Disney!
