    I have a holiday booked in a resort hotel, however when I go to preorder magic bands from the page magic bands and cards I click get started and it takes me to the faq’s page? How can I preorder my magic bands at prearrival prices? BTW I live in the UK.

    You must be excited about your holiday plans at the Walt Disney World Resort! December is a special time for me to travel to The Most Magical Place on Earth, as I have made unforgettable memories over the years visiting Mickey at Christmas time.

    I am happy to hear you will Be Our Guest and stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel! There is nothing more pixie-dusted than being immersed in Disney magic during your visit and enjoying benefits like complimentary transportation. The opportunity to purchase MagicBands at pre-arrival prices is also a Guest perk! MagicBands are fun and make great souvenirs, and you will be able to use them to enter theme parks and water parks (with valid admission), link Disney PhotoPass content to My Disney Experience, unlock the door of your Guest room, and charge food and merchandise purchases to your account during your stay – this is my favorite feature!

    To order MagicBands, sign in to your Disney account and visit My MagicBands and Cards. You should be able to view your Disney Resort hotel reservation and select Get Started. I am also an international visitor and I have had no issues ordering MagicBands for an upcoming visit, so I am surprised you are being directed to another page. Have you tried using a different browser? It may be that your browser is re-directing to you a UK-based website. It is sometimes hard for me to purchase Memory Maker online, for example, because I keep being re-directed to a Walt Disney World Brazil website. Next time you sign in to your Disney account, try doing it from the US website. If you still have trouble ordering your MagicBands, I recommend calling +1 (407) 939-4357 and Cast Members will be glad to check your Disney account and see if there are issues.

    planDisney tip: Have you heard about Disney MagicMobile? This service is currently available for iPhone and Apple Watch users (coming soon to other smart devices) and allows Guests to enter theme parks and water parks by holding their iPhone or Apple Watch near an access point, just as they would do with a MagicBand or ticket card. After linking valid admission to your Disney account, use the My Disney Experience app to create a MagicMobile pass, add it to your Apple Wallet, and you will be ready to go! I think this is a great option for Guests who do not wish to purchase a MagicBand, and those who are not tech-savvy, like my mum, can still stop by Front Desk at their Disney Resort hotel and request a Key to the World card.
