Hi, Connie! Welcome to planDisney.
This is one of those great
Lightning Lane questions that pops up once you really start digging into the details. You're definitely not alone in wondering how this works across different parks. So "let's get down to business."
Even if a theme park only has one Lightning Lane Single Pass attraction, you cannot book that same attraction twice in one day. The rule is a maximum of two Single Pass selections per person per day, but they must be two different attractions. So in a park like
EPCOT or
Disney's Hollywood Studios that only offers one Single Pass ride, you can only book that one once for the day. There isn't a way to use your second Single Pass slot on the same attraction again. Magic Kingdom Park is the exception simply because it offers two different Single Pass attractions,
TRON Lightcycle / Run and
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, allowing you to book one of each.
If you're park hopping, that second Single Pass can still be very useful. You can book a Single Pass attraction in one park and use your second Single Pass in a different park later that day, as long as you have valid admission and park hopping privileges.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Connie!
