I was on hold for 3 hrs to speak to someone to make changes to my plan, is there a way to email someone to call me?

Hiya Angie and welcome to planDisney!

Us Louisiana girls are always getting the job done and that includes planning the best possible Walt Disney World Resort vacations for our families. 3 hours is definitely a long time to be waiting by the phone.  Let's see if we can get you talking to someone a bit easier.

The chat feature on the Walt Disney World Resort website is a great way to speak directly to a Cast Member for help. Most of the time you can tap the blue Chat Now button that's hanging out on the right-hand side of the screen. You can also go to the Help Center and tap Chat to communicate your issues in real-time. And you can definitely send in your question via email. I've personally had many of my questions answered swiftly as well as having Cast Members offering to help me directly.

Angie, you're also able to make several changes to your vacation yourself. You can change your Disney Resorts Collection hotel by checking in to your My Disney Experience account. Tap My Plans and go to the reservation for your current hotel. If you're eligible, you can tap Modify Reservation and change to your new hotel as long as there's availability and they can accommodate the room occupancy requirements.  If it's Theme Park Reservations you want to change via the Disney Park Pass System, be sure to check the Availability Calendar before you cancel your current ones. You don't want to be left without a Disney Park to go to during your busy travel dates!

If you have any other questions, feel free to come back again!

    Happy planning!

    Taylor
