    I have been on hold for over 2 hours 20 minutes trying to reach customer service about changing a room reservation. Can you help me

    Did you know that when you book a Disney Resorts Collection reservation online or via the Disney Reservation Center you are welcome to try to modify it online? Sign in to your Disney account, visit My Plans and scroll down to find your Disney Resort hotel reservation. Select Change Reservation and the details you would like to modify, including travel dates, travel party, room type, and more. Please note that modifications are subject to availability and extra charges may apply. If you booked your reservation via a travel professional, please contact them for assistance.
