I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties when trying to speak to a Cast Member. On the
Phone Directory, you will find phone numbers to direct you to the correct person. On the upper right side of the page, you will also see an icon for the CHAT feature, where you can chat online with a Cast Member. (If you cannot click on CHAT, try again later when traffic slows down.)
With
My Disney Experience, many changes can be made online. Log into your account and select "My Plans." From here, you can cancel
Dining Reservations, modify dates on your Resort Reservation, and even add guests to your vacation.
To access and/or change your
Theme Park Tickets, choose the Tickets Tab when you are in "My Plans." Each guest's ticket will appear and you can make changes.
To change a
Theme Park Reservation to a different day, you will need to cancel any existing reservation(s) before making a new one.
I'm not sure what you need so I'm going to give you the
Link Reservations page as well just in case you need that!
