    We were on hold with DCL for 4 hours then disconnected. How can I book a trip with a placeholder without calling?

    I am so sorry for your troubles contacting Disney Cruise. The new Summer 2023 itineraries were recently released so many guests are trying to get through to the Disney Cruise Line agents at this time. 

    Unfortunately, a call is necessary to use your Placeholder. Phone lines are open 8am -10pm Monday through Friday, and 9am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time). I sometimes have luck late afternoon, but others have success getting in first thing when phone lines open. Hopefully, the rush of booking the Summer 2023 itineraries will slow down and you will be able to reach an agent much easier. The Disney Cruise Line phone number is 800-951-3532. 

    While waiting to book your magical cruise, browse through all the amazing cruise itineraries to find your dream sailing! I am super excited to sail on the beautiful Disney Wish which will start welcoming guests onboard this summer. 

    Again, I apologize for your phone delays. I hope you can get through soon so you can book your cruise and let the countdown begin!
