Janet from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am on hold for almost 2 hours, all what I need to know is how to change the dates of my epcot tkts, I already cancel my dining plans

    Welcome to planDisney Janet!

I am sorry for your long hold times. Sometimes I find the Chat feature to be helpful (click the CHAT icon on the Phone Directory page.) But I understand, even that can get busy.

To change the date of your tickets from your computer or laptop, sign into your My Disney Experience Account. Under My Plans, go to Tickets & Memory Maker. You should see each guest in your travel party listed with their ticket type under their names. Click on Change Ticket. It should walk you through from there!  Please note: Any changes to tickets may result in a price difference.

If using the My Disney Experience app, click on the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Then, choose Tickets and Passes. Swipe left to see each ticket. Below that you will see Change Ticket.

Remember that if changing the dates of your Theme Park Tickets, you will need to change your Theme Park Reservations. I am glad you have your Dining Reservations updated!

Again, sorry for any frustrations but stop back to planDisney if we can help!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
