I am a "Hobby Baker" and will be visiting WDW the week after Thanksgiving. I wanted to know if there are any special exhibits or displays centered around the Art of Baking? I know about the AMAZING Giant Gingerbread House but when dose that go o

Your question got cut off, Regina, but if you're wondering when the gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian goes up, I can tell you that guests will be able to enjoy the sweet smells of gingerbread wafting through the air as of November 19th.  Disney's holiday displays go beyond that, though.  Disney's Boardwalk features a holiday gazebo scene made of gingerbread and chocolate.  At Disney's Contemporary, guests will enjoy a 17 ft. gingerbread tree adorned with holiday ornaments, candy canes and presents.  At the Beach Club, you can admire a life-size, spinning edible carousel made with chocolate horses and hand painted chocolate Disney characters.  Truly, each of these displays are edible works of art that simply must be seen to be believed.  Have a great time during your stay!
