    Ho can I transfer a ticket from my mobile app to someone else's mobile app

    Hi Dee, welcome to planDisney!

    Your great big beautiful tomorrow involves arriving at Walt Disney World Resort - I'm so excited for you! The My Disney Experience mobile app is a must-have resource for your trip. You can use it to join the virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. You can use it to place a mobile food and beverage order, which saves time waiting in line for food. You can also use it to purchase Disney Genie+ service and make Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations, which will save additional time waiting in line on your park day. That's a whole lot of magic in an itty bitty living space!

    Wholly unused park tickets can be transferred to another person's My Disney Experience account. Follow these steps to do so in the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Make sure the other person's name appears on your Family & Friends list (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's home page --> scroll down and click "Profile" --> "My Family & Friends List" tab). If they do not, click "Add a Guest." "Scan their linking code" works best for connecting from app to app. Personal linking codes are found at the bottom of "My Profile."
    2. Access the ticket you wish to transfer (three small lines -->Tickets and Passes --> scroll to desired ticket).
    3. Click the "Reassign Ticket" icon and select the other person's name from the list of your Family & Friends.

    Disney MagicMobile passes are a convenient method of entry that allows you to tap in at theme park entry, at Lightning Lane entrances, and with Disney PhotoPass photographers. You can download a Disney MagicMobile pass to the digital wallet of eligible iPhones, Apple Watches, and Google Pay enabled Android phones (three small lines --> Disney MagicMobile --> Set Up Your Pass). You can download a Disney MagicMobile pass for yourself and anyone whose My Disney Experience account profiles you manage. Once you've downloaded a Disney MagicMobile pass, it can be shared exclusively with other eligible iPhone users (three small lines --> Disney MagicMobile --> Select Passes to Share). Depending on your specific situation, this may be your preferred method of sharing a ticket.

    Should you need tech assistance during your park days, Dee, look for the Cast Members under the big, blue umbrellas. They are members of the Guest Experience Team, and they are there to help.
