Hi, You are all so AMAZING, I am hoping someone can help. I am dairy and soy free and the chefs are always amazing. I was wondering what kind of Dairy-free yogurt, and dairy and soy free foods are available without special preparation.

Ahoy there, Donna!  I'm so happy that you have found your way back to planDisney with your question.

Disney Cruise Line takes dietary requests seriously! Because the dining team likes to plan in advance what they have on hand, I suggest that you complete the Special Services form to indicate your dietary preferences.  There will be fresh fruits and salads available in Daisy's De-Lites, Cabanas, and through Room Service on the Disney Magic.  Make sure to ask about the ingredients in the salad dressing!  Even though you are looking for items that don't require special preparation, having a conversation with one of the chefs or head servers will help ensure you know all of your options.

After you finish up your meal on Deck 9, I hope you take a ride on the AquaDunk or stroll over to the adult-exclusive Quiet Cove Pool area for some relaxation.  As you know, Disney Cruise Line offers so much to Guests of all ages.

I hope you get to try something new during your upcoming cruise, Donna.  If you have any other questions, come back to visit us at planDisney.

    Adventure is out there!
