Hiya! We will be bringing our 2 year old Mouseketeer next month and I'm a bit nervous about naps. Are there places he can have a snooze? Maybe a shady park? I can read a book while he sleeps? Thanks for your help!

    Hello Shannon!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending your first question our way, we are delighted to help Guests create magical memories!

I am so happy for you and your little Mouseketeer! He is going to have an amazing time! Traveling with babies to the Walt Disney World Resort is such a wonderful experience, and I just love seeing the place where dreams come true through their eyes.

Do not feel nervous about naps! Disney is such a welcoming place, and they even have the perfect spot at each theme park for families with little ones to rest, go for a diaper change, warm bottles and have a snack – the Baby Care Centers! This is the perfect place for your baby to sleep while you relax, read your book and just take a much needed break while touring the parks. I also love that they sell important items that we sometimes forget at our Disney Resort hotel, such as baby food, diapers, and others.

Shannon, for more tips on traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort with your baby, check out this amazing article from my friend and fellow panelist Lindsey P. She is our go-to expert for all things babies and her advice is always spot on!

I hope this helps you while planning, and that you have a wonderful visit with your son!

    Best magical wishes,
