Hiya were visiting in sept 2020 and am just wondering if the freestyle machine room in each area are still there or have been removed or are going to to be removed since the construction is now finished? TIA

    Hiya Natasha,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Hurray for planning your 2020 vacation! It’s always wonderful to have something to look forward to, and with so many amazing things being planned for the next couple of years all around Walt Disney World Resort, you are in for an amazing time.

I think you’re asking about the Island Markets that popped up around Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort during its recent refurbishment, where Guests could find grab and go snacks and refill their Resort Refillable Mugs with soda from those awesome Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Those Island Markets have closed now that Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s refurbishment is complete.

The great news, though, is that the newly reimagined Centertown Market is absolutely gorgeous, with fabulous food options – and there is a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine there. Whether you’re stopping by to indulge in Strawberry-Guava French Toast or tacos and a Frozen Tropical Colada cocktail, you are in for some indulgent island dining. Guests are also raving about Spyglass Grill and Sebastian’s Bistro, so you’ll have no shortage of dining options at this laid back and oh-so-pretty resort. Plus, a walk through the tropical greenery, pastel buildings, and past the tranquil lake – with Calypso music in the background – is such a relaxing way to vacation.

Natasha, another great bonus of staying at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort in 2020 is that you’ll have access to Disney Skyliner Transportation. I can’t wait to glide through the air on my way to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with gorgeous views from my Skyliner gondola. My family and I checked them out on our recent visit (they’re in the testing phase now) and loved how the colorful cars dot the Disney skyline.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
