Hi, Jennifer! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I can't think of a better photo to include on a Christmas card than one from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I am sure that seeing your smiling faces enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World will help bring holiday cheer to everyone on your Christmas card list.
You can refer to the Walt Disney World website for
a list of personal items that are not permitted inside the theme parks and a list of prohibited activities. In the list of prohibited activities, it is stated that signs may not be used for commercial purposes or to incite a crowd. While there is no mention of prohibiting any type of sign for personal purposes as you inquired about, the website does state that, Walt Disney World has the right to prohibit any "other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive."
It sounds like you already have some great ideas for a Christmas card photo. I would also suggest taking some pictures outside of
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Magic Kingdom Park for a festive holiday setting. You may also want to look into purchasing
Memory Maker. With the purchase of Memory Maker, you will have access to unlimited digital downloads of all your
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos. Be sure to ask the Disney PhotoPass photographers about Magic Shots that could add a little extra pixie dust to your Christmas card photo.
Have a magical day!
Samantha
