Oh, Juliet! I am so sorry to hear that you are having to cancel your holiday at Walt Disney World Resort! I had to do that once (the horrors of school-related activity scheduling changes!), and it just burst my pixie dust! Well, at least you do have the option of rescheduling it. While your magical adventures may not be happening next week, you will get to explore all of the adventures at Walt Disney World Resort at some point soon.
You did not mention how you booked your trip, but be sure to check the cancellation policies for your resort, flight, or other vacation essentials which you may have booked. Since you are canceling your whole Disney holiday, you will need to cancel those FastPass+ selections you have already made. No worries, though, as you will be able to
make more FastPass+ selections when you have your holiday rebooked. Note that you will need to have
Disney Theme Park Tickets in your My Disney Experience account to make those selections.
While you really have not fully cooked your goose, please understand that you will not be assured of reacquiring any amazing FastPass+ selections you scored this time. You will have to start from scratch making your selections, as they do not merely transfer over from your originally planned itinerary. My advice to you is to just make your new selections as soon as you are able and hope for the best! If you do not initially get what you are hoping to schedule, then do not give up hope! In my experience, I have been able to get some great FastPass+ selections the day before and the morning of our visit as guests change their plans at the last minute.
