I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your theme park tickets to the
Disneyland app. Let's take a look at a couple of solutions to get you on your way for your trip.
My first recommendation is to restart your mobile phone. Technology can be goofy sometimes, and a reset is sometimes all that is needed! Once you open up your Disneyland app, you can navigate to the three horizontal bar line in the bottom right-hand corner and scroll down to the "My Visit" menu options. Tap "Hotel Reservations," and then you can link your Disneyland Hotel reservation to your app. If you booked a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package, your Travel ePackage will be sent to you electronically 3 days prior to your arrival which will include your theme park tickets.
If you need to link your
theme park tickets to your Disneyland app when you receive them, you'll navigate to that same menu in the bottom right-hand corner in the app, and then tap "My Tickets & Passes." You can then add your theme park tickets by scanning the barcodes, or entering in the ticket numbers manually. If for some reason you're still having trouble, I recommend connecting with a helpful Cast Member via the
Tickets Guest Services line for further assistance.
