    Hiya Rachel!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question and making us a part of your magical vacation. Wow, Rachel, your magical carpet ride is coming so soon! Can you believe that in just a few weeks, you will be soaking in all the magic at the Walt Disney World Resort? I would be so excited! And with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival blooming, you have picked the best time to come and visit.

One of my favourite things about Disney is that it truly is made for everyone to enjoy, no matter who you are. Thanks to the Disability Access Service and other great accommodations, everyone can come to enjoy the magic and solely focus on having the best day ever. After all, Walt Disney himself did say "to all who come to this happy place: welcome." To sign up for DAS, you can either schedule a video call with a Disney representative upon landing in sunny Florida or stop by Guest Relations on your way to the theme parks! In both cases, you will be able to make some Advance selections. Just be aware that those selections can be made two days in advance at the latest. This means that if you stop by Guest Relations on your first day, you will not be able to make selections for the next day. However, do not worry, as this does not mean you cannot make ride selections throughout the day as you usually would. The Advance option is simply an additional service!

Now, Rachel, some of my favourite activities at the Walt Disney World Resort are the seasonal scavenger hunts that return during every EPCOT festival. Since you will be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, you will be able to participate in Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt. Hidden around the World Showcase are little statues of Spike the Bee alongside some important plants. You can purchase your map and stickers at the Camera Center at the front of the park or at either store at the beginning of the World Showcase to participate in the scavenger hunt. In addition, you will receive a fun prize upon completion! This is a fun activity that dreamers of all ages can enjoy, and it is a fun way to notice some plants you might have overlooked otherwise.

I hope this was helpful, Rachel, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out! We are always happy to help, especially from one international Guest to another.

    Have a magical day,
