HI! Wondering if the Candlelight Processional In Epcot would be good for a 3 year old and 6 year? Also, about how long of a show is it and what times does it usually play? Thank you!

    Hi Michelle,

The Candlelight Processional is beautiful and a truly special way to celebrate the Christmas Season. Every child is different, so I'm not sure how much your children will enjoy the performance. It lasts about 45 minutes, plus the time you spend sitting waiting for the show to start. My six year old loved the music; however, we were seated next to a family with small children who were clearly bored by the show and were very distracting to other guests.

I might go ahead an try bringing the kids, but I would also try to get there early enough to get seats where they can see the musicians, and I recommend being willing to leave the performance if it proves to be too much for them.  You'll still be able to hear and see the performance from outside of the actual theater.

As far as performance times, they are generally held at 5:00, 6:45, and 8:15 each evening.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
