    Hi, Wondering if I have already purchased tickets...can I still add the Genie+ ahead of time or will I need to add it the day of my visit?

    Are you ready for celebrations on celebrations?! Not only will you be celebrating the magic of your very own Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you’ll also be celebrating the holidays AND the 50th Anniversary of The Most Magical Place on Earth! 

    I’m so glad you’re thinking ahead to potential add-ons for your upcoming trip. Disney Genie+ is a wonderful way to get even more adventure out of your trip! With over 40 Lightning Lane attractions available through Disney Genie+, you’ll be able to keep every day of your vacation full of magic and memories! 

    Because you already have a vacation package booked, you might have the ability to modify your existing tickets. Visit the “My Plans” page on the Walt Disney World Resort website, select the “Tickets & Passes” option and see if there is a “Modify” option next to your party’s tickets. You may be able to see this within the My Disney Experience Mobile App as well. Under the “Tickets & Passes” page, found by clicking on the three lines icon in the bottom righthand corner of your screen, you’ll be able to see if this is an option for you. If you can modify, just select the Disney Genie+ add-on and follow the prompts from there! 

    If that doesn’t work for you, there’s another way that you can purchase Disney Genie+ for each day of your vacation! (You’ll have to do it one day at a time, but you’ll get the same results!) Visit the My Disney Experience Mobile App, select the bottom righthand icon, select the “My Genie Day” option, select “Change Day” at the top of the screen, select the day you’d like to add Disney Genie+, then select the “Get Disney Genie+ for Today” option within the purple banner, and finish purchasing Disney Genie+ from there. You can also wait and purchase them on the day of your vacation if you’d like to do that too! There are so many options for you! 

    You can always call a Cast Member that specializes in Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639 if that would be helpful, but call wait times have been very long recently, so hopefully you’ll be able to get this set up yourself, Alexandra!
