    Hi!will be spending New Year at WDW but we´d rather enjoy fireworks outside the parks.Planning to have dinner at O´hana and head to the beach or California Grill. We don´t have a dining plan. Does anyone know if the prices are the same as ot

    Hello Sebastian,

    I'm with you on this; I much prefer the fireworks outside the parks on New Year's Eve!  In fact, the beach at the Polynesian Resort is our number one spot to view them.

    You will find that some restaurants will have holiday pricing; often those restaurants are the buffets and character dining that have one price per guest.  'Ohana may be one of those restaurants.  Other restaurants where guests order items off a menu sometimes offer special holiday items, but they may have premium pricing on those same days. California Grill may be in that situation.

    By the way, you can begin making reservations for 12/31/2012 on 7/4/2012.  I'd encourage you to make your reservations early since many restaurants will fill up quickly.  In fact, online reservations can be made at 6:00 am EST, which is one hour earlier than making them by phone (407-WDW-DINE).
