    Hi Will the New Resort Refillable Mug Program - "rapid Fill" have reached OKW by the time we arrive for our vacation on August 1st 2013? Thanks

    Hi, Olivia!

    Oh, the complicated Rapid Fill Mug system!  I have heard that the new system is going to begin rolling out in the next few weeks, so you may indeed see this system in place for your August vacation.  Each mug will have an RFID chip that indicates your mug is "active" for your vacation.  After the days for which it is valid, the mug can no longer be refilled. 

    If the new Rapid Fill Mug system is in place, I am sure there will be Cast Members and instructions to make the transition smooth. 

    And by the way, I recently stayed at Old Key West and just loved it!  I was there for a "girls weekend" and we never wanted to leave the resort it was so nice.  I hope you have as wonderful a trip as I did!  Enjoy!
