Hi, Will my magic band let me get in to look at another resort, if I am staying at a different Disney resort? Thanks

Hi Jack! All of the Disney resorts welcome all Disney guests to come for a visit or dine in one of their wonderful restaurants. They are not closed to just their own resident guests.

Some resorts have closed parking such as the Contemporary resort due to the demand on their spaces. It is best to take Disney transportation to visit them. The Yacht and Beach and Boardwalk resorts can also have closed parking because of their close proximity to Epcot. This is especially true during the Flower and Garden and Food and Wine Festivals. So again walk or take Disney transportation to go for a visit.

If you choose to drive to a resort let the guard at the main gate know what you wish to do and show your magic band and parking sticker in your car window. They also might ask for drivers license. Although this seems to the extreme sometimes it does offer all Disney guests some safety during their stay.

Enjoy strolling the grounds of the resorts and checking out the amenities. It is especially fun during the holiday weeks when they are all decorated in their own special theme.
