Hey Thomas! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh boy! I am more than a little jealous that you get to be Mickey's neighbor, even if only part-time. I have a dream, and it involves being able to watch Walt Disney World Resort fireworks from my backyard pool! They can't order me to stop dreaming, right?
Guests over the age of 18 are required to show proof of Florida residency to take advantage of the fantastic Florida resident offers. The
Proof of Florida Residency Information webpage has a helpful list of accepted forms of proof of residency, including IDs, bills, and mail. If you do use a bank statement, please note that it must be from within the last 2 months. Note that you will need to visit Guest Relations to show your non-ID to activate your Florida resident tickets; only a valid Florida driver's license, state ID card, or military ID may be used to verify tickets online.
Thanks for stopping by with your question! As you plan for your visit, be sure to check out the
Know Before You Go information for the most up-to-date news about health and safety protocols so you can be best prepared for your visit. The
Disney Parks Blog is also a great source for the latest news, as well as fun stories and promotions and opportunities exclusive to Florida residents. Say hi to Mickey for me when you visit!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
