Hi Jenny!
Welcome to planDisney! I am very happy to help you with your question at the
Disney Disability Access Service available at
Walt Disney World Resort. Disney recognizes that some of the Guests who visit the theme parks may need a bit of assistance in order to enjoy some of the attractions and entertainment offered. The DAS accommodates Guests who otherwise may have difficulty waiting in the traditional queue. Having a family member that requires an alternate option to the queue has allowed us to enjoy the parks and attractions as a family, without feeling like someone is left out.
Jenny, at the moment, Guests who reside in countries outside of the United States and Canada are unable to register for
DAS Advance at this time. When you arrive States-side, you can then join the DAS Advance Live Chat in order to pre-register as long as your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is two or more days away. If it is less than that, you can visit a Cast Member at Guest Services to register in person for the DAS. Once you’ve been registered and tapped into the parks at the touch points, you can then begin to select your DAS reservations via the
My Disney Experience App.
I hope this helps you plan a most wonderful vacation at Walt Disney World!
Malanie
