    HI, Where are the handicap accessible rooms located at Animal kingdom Lodge vacation club at Jambo House. Are they Standard View or Savanna View or pool view. First floor or 6th floor. Thank you

    Hi Linda,

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House is a wonderful resort.  I love the deep, rich decor, which is inspired by Africa.  Of course, the ability to look out of so many windows to see amazing animals is truly unique!

    I called and spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services, who let me know that the Disney Vacation Club villas for guests with disabilities at this resort have a standard view or a savanna view.  There is also a possibility of a villa for guests with disabilities at the Kilimanjaro Club Concierge level.  To my knowledge, all of the Disney Vacation Club Villas at Jambo House are on the fifth and sixth floors, so I would expect that the villas for guests with disabilities would be on these floors.

    I do suggest that you call to make your reservation since you have a specific need.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can do so by calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  If you are a guest who is looking to reserve one of these villas using a traditional payment method such as a credit card, call Disney at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) to inquire about availability.
