Hi, When looking to buy a 14 stay ticket I see this condition. What exactly does this mean. “Your 14-Day Ticket can be used on non-consecutive days, but remember your Disney Parks Pass reservations too!” Can I physically enter parks on 14 days? Thanks

Hi there, Bryn! Welcome to planDisney!

If you ask me, there has never been a better time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! From Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration to new attractions like Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, there is something exciting to explore at every turn. So, I'm so happy to see that you are thinking about purchasing theme park tickets to enjoy a visit to Walt Disney World! I bet you must be so excited!

Now, on to your question! When purchasing your 14-day theme park ticket, you will select a start date for your visit. This start date determines the 18-day usage window for your tickets. So, you can enter the parks any 14 days within that usage window and don't have to enter 14 consecutive days in a row. I always like to work in some “rest” days between visits to the park to relax, unwind, and enjoy some time by your Disney Resorts Collection hotel pool, so the usage window makes that possible if you have a few extra days during your visit.

Another thing to remember is that a Park Pass Reservation is required to enter the first park you plan to visit each day. If you have chosen to add the park hopper option to your ticket, you will be able to hop over to any other theme park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. So, while you can visit the parks for 14 individual days with your ticket, you will need to have a reservation secured each day to do so. Some parks do get booked up, so I recommend making your Park Pass Reservations as early as possible. I would hate for you not to be able to visit all the parks on your bucket list!

To make your Park Pass Reservations, open your My Disney Experience app and click on the “+” in the middle of the app navigation bar. Next, click on “Make a Park Reservation.” From there, click on “Theme park Tickets,” and a separate browser window will open. You can then select the members of your party, the date of your visit, and the park you would like to reserve.

If you do decide to visit during Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, you’ll have so much to enjoy, including the fantastic shows available throughout all four theme parks. If you do nothing else, make sure you check out the incredible nighttime show, Disney Enchantment, at Magic Kingdom Park. This fireworks spectacular is really special and is the perfect way to end your magical day in the parks! Make sure you keep an eye on the My Disney Experience App for showtimes during your visit.

I do hope this has been helpful, Bryn! Please feel free to pop back over with any other questions as you finalize your vacation plans. We would love to help you make the absolute most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!

    See you real soon!
