    Hi,what are red cards?

Well hello there Mickey!  What a great Disneytastic name you have.
I believe the red cards you're enquiring about are indeed the small red credit card sized, queue wait-time markers which Cast Members sometimes hand to Guests as they enter the beginning of a line at Disney Theme Park Attractions.
Lucky chosen Guests who hold these little red cards until reaching the end of the queue (as they enter or board the Attraction) and handing over the card to Cast Members are in fact assisting Walt Disney World Resort with estimating the Attraction's wait time; now how magical is that?!
Fingers crossed you'll be the chosen one next time you're enjoying a Disney day!
