Hi We've stayed at the Value resorts before - Music, Movie, Sports & Pop Century. I was wondering if the Little Mermaid at the Art Of Animation is the same size as the other value resorts rooms? Currently in the planning stages now. Thanks!

    Hi, Lisa!

You sound like a resort expert having stayed in so many of the fun Disney Resorts!  You are going to absolutely love the new Art of Animation Resort.

While the themes may be different, the rooms are the same in size (about 260 square feet) and same features as the other Value Resorts.  The biggest difference you will find is the location of the Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation. They are in only one section of the resort and it is a bit of a walk to get to the food court and and bus stop area.   If you are accustomed to getting a Preferred  Room location at the Value Resorts, just know that you will have a bit longer walk when getting around this resort when staying in the Little Mermaid section vs. a Preferred Room at the All-Stars or Pop Century.

Have fun planning!  You sound like you are an expert already, but we are here for you if you come up with any questions.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
