Hi We've just booked to stay in November and I'm trying to book character/experience dining but not much is available. Have we left it too late??

    Hi Grant!

All Guests of Walt Disney World can begin making Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days before their arrival. Because of that, November has only recently opened up for people to start scheduling their dining. If you are having trouble finding availability for Character Dining, do not get discouraged. Because Guest's plans change from time to time, Advanced Dining Reservations at places that weren't available today may be available tomorrow. My advice would be to keep trying and to add more options to your list. For example, Chef Mickey's is one of the most popular Character Dining spots in all of Walt Disney World. If you had your heart set on having a meal there, maybe try instead for The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom where you could have better luck and still see the same Characters (Mickey Mouse and friends!) Or maybe try Chef Mickey's for a later breakfast--say, 10:00--rather than an early time that might be more crowded with early risers trying to get to the Parks right at opening time. Most of all, be persistent. You can keep checking back online or by calling (407) 939-5277 and who knows, maybe you will end up with the place that is number one on your list. I will keep my fingers crossed that you will!

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you with your planning. November will be here before you know it! So exciting! Have a wonderful day!
