Hi! We’re travelling at the end of august, I wanted to know when reservations are released for hoop dee doo (time) Thanks for any info!

    Howdy Keegan! Welcome to planDisney!

How excited were you when you heard that The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue was reopening at the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort ahead of your visit?! Can I get a YEEHAW?! I know I was so thrilled this crowd favorite was coming back, and I know it's on my bucket list for my next trip. You certainly won’t want to miss this hilarious dinner show hootenanny during your vacation! Not only is the food (fried chicken and BBQ Ribs - YUM!) knee-slapping good, but so is the comedy of the Pioneer Hall Players!

So, you are wise to stop by for tips and insight from your friends here at planDisney to have the best chance of snagging a reservation. So, let’s get to it! Keegan, Advanced Dining Reservations for The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue can be made 60 days in advance, starting at 6:00 a.m. Mickey Standard Time (EST), so be sure to set that alarm to be up bright and early to make your reservation. If you’re staying as a Guest of a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you get the added benefit of being able to book dining reservations for your entire stay (for up to 10 days) 60 days before your scheduled check-in. So, you would get a jump start on securing a table. How great is that? Now, there are generally three show times per day, 4:00 p.m., 6:15 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. So, if you can be a bit flexible, you’ll have three different times each evening to try to reserve.

Another thing to note is that there are three different seating areas to choose from, each with its own price per person. I’d recommend looking at the seating chart linked here to ensure you’re familiar with the options before you log on to make your reservation. If you have anyone in your party that needs wheelchair-accessible seating, but sure to select either Category 1 or 2, as Category 3 is located on the second floor without elevator access.

Keegan, I’m so excited for you to set off on the adventure of a lifetime during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I just know you will have an incredible time, and I hope you can snag a table for The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
