Hi! We're staying at the Polynesian next week and were wondering if our 14 year old son will be allowed to charge to our room with his magic band. He wakes earlier than us and would like to get counter service breakfast on his own. Thanks!

    Hi, Jane!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question. You are going to love the convenience that your MagicBands will add to your vacation.

Yes, your son can make purchases with his MagicBand, even if you are not with him. If he wakes up before you and would like to have breakfast at Capt. Cook's, he can do so! When you arrive at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, a Cast Member will set up charging privileges on your MagicBands. If you would like, you can even set a daily spending limit for your son. You will also be able to set up a PIN number that is unique to your son's MagicBand so that he can come up with a number he will be sure to remember.

Quick Tip: Be sure to try the famous Tonga Toast when you are dining at Capt. Cook's. It's one of my family's favorite breakfast treats!

Please stop back and let me know if you have any additional questions about your upcoming vacation, Jane!

    Wishing you magical memories,
    Erin
