Hi, We're coming to WDW in May, with my daughter who is 3 yo. She loves Sofia the First and I would love for her to get a experience with Sofia. But she doesn't speak or understand English so the HS show isn't really that interesting. Any suggestions?

    Hi Siri:

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am happy to hear that you are visiting Walt disney World Resort this May, I am sure you will have a magical time!  My daughter loves Sofia the First as well, so I have been on the look out for as many experiences as possible.  Sofia is currently meeting guests in the Animation Courtyard and this would be a great opportunity for your daughter to interact with Sofia and grab a photo and autograph.  The best part is that Sofia does not speak to the guests, so your daughter should feel comfortable with her as there will be no language barrier.

Another option would be for your family to enjoy breakfast or lunch at Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios as well.  Disney Junior Play & Dine is a character dining experience that offers meet and greets with some of the Disney Junior Stars such as Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Handy Manny and Jake form Jake and the Neverland Pirates.  The children also have the opportunity to sing and dance with the characters to some of the most popular songs as well.  These characters will not talk, so again, there will be no language barrier.

I hope that your daughter gets the chance to meet Sofia the First Siri.  Please send me another question if you would like further clarification or if you need anything else.  I would be happy to help.
