Hi,we are in WDW in May celebrating my daughter's 7th birthday. Her 6 year old friend is Gluten intolerant and I am looking for a restaurant in Epcot which would be fun to for a 7th birthday celebration and be suitable for her special dietary needs ?

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Angie!

The good news?  Every restaurantk at the Walt Disney World Resort is suitable for individuals with special dietary needs! Truly! There is an entire staff dedicated to assisting individuals with these necessary requests. Before you leave home, and days in advance of your trip, call (407) 824-5967.  The helpful Cast Members here will assist you with your needs and questions regarding the little girl 's gluten intolerance and dining at Walt Disney World.  In addition, always notify the Cast Members when you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.  You can even chat with the chef upon arrival if you feel more comfortable as well.

Now that we have that taken care of, the restaurant choices are vast.   Given the ages of the girls, I would absolutely recommend Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Disney's Epcot Theme Park.  It is located in the Norway Pavilion and inside a medieval castle of sorts.  I think you will all enjoy dining among an assortment of Disney Princesses, don't you think?  Call (407) WDW-DINE to book!

Please let me know if I can help with any other questions, Angie.

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
