Hiya Claire!
Welcome to planDisney!
Let me see how I can help. We here at planDisney can't see anyone's reservations as that is a power reserved for only the mightiest of Avengers, Disney Reservation Experts, and Travel Agents. However, I do have some information that could help you.
All guests age 3 and up need a valid Park Ticket and Theme Park Reservation to enter the Parks
until January 8, 2024. If you have guests in your party who are 3 and up, they should have a Theme Park Reservation. I would look at your
My Disney Experience Account to see who is linked to you and who you are managing. I'm no Spiderman but my Spidey-Sense is telling me that you may need to properly link your party on your
Family & Friends list. To see who you reserved for on the My Disney Experience Mobile App I would click the plus (+) sign in the middle of the bottom of the page and it should show an option to "Make or Modify Park Reservations." You will then continue to click "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" which will bring you to a webpage that will show when you scroll down who you are linked to, what Park you are visiting, and on what day. If you are missing half of your party then it means that you need to be linked to them.
To link to new people or to edit the controls over their plans you need to click on the the three stacked lines on the bottom menu on the app. Scroll down till you see "My Profile," then on the top right click "Family & Friends List" on the top right. You should see all 8 people in your family that are ages 3 and up listed under the heading "We're Planning Together." If you don't then you will have to find their name under the heading "My Other Family & Friends" or add them by clicking on "+ Add a Guest." The newly linked guests have to agree to be linked to you and share their plans. Send them a reminder nudge if they forget to check. Don't let the inner Hulk come out. I promise it will be ok!
If you keep having issues then please reach out to the
Disney Experts or the person you made your booking with. They have more resources than S.H.I.E.L.D. and will be glad to help.
While you are in the Parks make sure to visit the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! I suggest before you fill yourself to the brim with delicious tastes and sips from around the world in the
Global Marketplaces to experience the thrill of
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It is my favorite ride but boy does it spin and rock one's world as you try and save the universe while rocking out to an amazing soundtrack. You will either need to grab a spot on the
Virtual Queue or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane to enjoy this. I hope it is a magical time!
Unlike Tony Stark, I am no Genius-Billionaire-Playboy-Philanthropist so I guess I will just have to keep helping you and other guests on
planDisney! Feel free to send your friends as we can do this all day!
Happy Planning!
