Hi, We had tickets and reservations for late June but my husband couldn't come. We hope to return November 29 and 30th. Since tickets cost less those days, does he get credit for the prices difference? Thanks.

Hello there, Katie! Welcome to planDisney. We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and ask us a question.

I'm so sorry to hear that your original plans had to be postponed for later this year, but it looks like you have a new tentative date! Unfortunately, if you decide to go on a date that is a lower-tiered date than the tier of tickets you have, you will not get credited for the difference. I understand it's a bummer to lose out on that difference. However, I think November is a fabulous time to visit!

In November, you will get much milder temperatures that make for a fabulous day in the parks. You will also be there to experience all the holiday decor and happenings! The holiday time is such a magical time to visit. There will be holiday overlays for Haunted Mansion and "it's a small world" at Disneyland Park. Over at Disney California Adventure Park, Disney Festival of the Holidays will be back with marketplace kiosks offering so many delicious bites and drinks, entertainment, and more. Our family loves grabbing a Sip and Savor Pass to go around and enjoy plenty of treats. Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog as it gets closer to November and I'm sure there will be more announcements about the holiday offerings in the parks.

Katie, I think you will really enjoy a November visit. Be sure to stop by again if you have any other questions for us!

All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
