    HI, We are switching resorts midway thru our stay from the bay lake tower to Kidani Villas. I am curious about moving our groceries. Can they be kept in cold storage or no? Would we be better off taking a taxi and moving them ourselves? Thanks!

    Hi Jason! We moved from Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and all of our groceries were moved successfully. We informed the Cast Member from Bell Services of which bags were refrigerated and frozen grocery items prior to check out. When we arrived to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort later that day, after check in, we went to our Villa and our luggage and grocery were promptly delivered to us. Disney Cast Members had transferred our belongings and even took care to keep the refrigerated and frozen items cold. It was most excellent! Hope this helps.
