    Hi We are staying at the Wyndham at Downtown Disney, is there transportation from Downtown Disney to the parks? We have bought our 14 day pass online, where can we pick up our tickets?

    Hi Jean!

    I recently stayed at the Wyndham, and you'll be happy to know that they offer their own transportation shuttle to and from the Walt Disney World Parks!

    And, to answer your question, no, the buses from Downtown Disney do not run directly to the Parks, only to the Walt Disney World Resorts. Transportation between the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and the Walt Disney World Parks is complimentary for Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Guests.

    Regarding where to pick up your tickets:  Tickets purchased less than one week in advance must be picked up at "will call", which is at any ticket sales location at a Walt Disney World Theme Park, starting the day your order is confirmed.
