Hi We are staying at All Star Movie Resort on April 26-May 4. We purchased the ticket offer for Canadian Residents and I know we have to show our passport to pick up the tickets. Where is the best and easiest place to pick up the tickets?

    Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us your question.   I am glad to see you were able to take advantage of the Canadian Resident Ticket Special Offer, it really helps make Walt Disney World Resort even more affordable for Canadians!

There are several options for you to activate your Theme Park Tickets.  Depending on your plans, you can visit Guest Relations at any of the Theme Parks prior to your first entry.  Each Theme Park has a Guest Relations at the front entrance.  This option is very easy, however there may be a slight queue and wait if you are visiting right at Theme Park Opening.  If you arrive early enough or don’t plan on heading to a Theme Park on your first day, you could activate your Theme Park Tickets at Guest Relations at Disney Springs.  We have always chosen this option, so that it is taken care of prior to our first day in the Theme Parks.  I like this option because this way we don’t have to carry our passports all day in the Theme Parks.  Carrying our passports while experiencing attractions such as Space Mountain and other thrill rides makes me nervous.

I hope you have a magical visit at Walt Disney World Resort, Sarah.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
