Hi We are staying 14nts. If we purchase a length of stay Mug when we arrive, will it be valid on the day of departure. If not, if we buy it the next day, will it be valid until departure? Thank you Moms, you're invaluable.

    Hi, James!

From what I understand about the Rapid Refill mugs, each day counts as 1 day, not a 24 hour period.  So, if  you buy your mug on your arrival day, from arrival until midnight is Day 1.  Therefore, you would need a total of 15 days on your mug for your 14 night stay.  Your best option would be to wait until the morning of Day 2 so your mug will be active for the duration of your stay.  However, if you leave early on your last day and would have gotten more use out of it on  your arrival day, then plan accordingly.

I know this is a bit confusing!  We all need to get used to all the new systems in place, with Rapid Refill being one of those things.  I am sure a Cast Member in your resort's food court will be happy to explain all the details.  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
