    Hi, We are returning in April of this year. I was wondering is there any Character Dining outside of the theme parks?

    Hi Kristie,

    Actually, there are many options in all of the theme parks, but there are also quite a few located at the Walt Disney World Resorts.  The best option for you is to view the "advanced dining finder" link I am providing you with here.  Just look at this direct character dining link above and view each of these experiences....I can tell you that I have been to each one of these and I like them all.  I do want to mention "Mickey's Backyard BBQ" which is actually classified as a dinner show, but in my opinion could easily pass a a character dining experience which is located at the Fort Wilderness Campground.  I hope this helps and gives you a few more options outside of the theme parks.
