    Hi-We have purchased Ultimate Tickets, for all the parks, (which includes 14 day tickets for WDW) I'm concerned we won't be able to use them after 26th September and we don't arrive until the 21st September, will be able to use these

    Hi there, Victoria! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’ve found us and brought your question. Planning ahead in these unprecedented times is incredibly important! The 14-day Ultimate Ticket is a wonderful way for you and your loved ones to explore everything that Walt Disney World has to offer, and I am so very excited for your upcoming trip!

    As you likely already know, all existing Walt Disney World Tickets now have extended expiration dates of 9/26/21. Of course, I see that this date does not work for you with your vacation plans. Never fear, Victoria! You are not alone in needing to make these changes, and the wonderful Cast Members of the UK Walt Disney World Travel Company are going to be able to provide the most up-to-date guidance in your unique situation. I would recommend that you call their freephone UK number at 0800 028 0778, and ask to speak with someone regarding your ticket usage window at your earliest convenience. Certain ticket types can be exchanged by using the value originally paid, which can then be applied toward the purchase of new tickets. Policies are of course always subject to change. However, I know that Walt Disney World is hoping to make everyone’s Disney dreams come true, so that when you and your loved ones are finally ready to return to the magic, it can be as seamless as possible!

    Meanwhile, make sure you check out the Experience Updates page for all the latest guidelines on the reopening of the Most Magical Place on Earth! And please familiarize yourself with the Park Pass Reservation system. Once you have resolved your Ticket issue, you will need to make reservations for each day of your upcoming vacation that you wish to visit a Disney Theme Park.
