    Hi, We purchased 11 x 14 day Ultimate tickets on September 19th 2019 but due to Covid we were unable to travel from Scotland. We are going on 14th October 2022 so can you confirm that these tickets are still valid please as they have never been activated

    As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it's my pleasure to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot!  I truly do appreciate it when I have the bibbidi-bobbidi-brilliant opportunity to offer some assistance to a fellow Guest who also hails from the United Kingdom!

    Oh boy, Brian!  11 x 14-day Ultimate Tickets!  Wow, that's a whole lot of magic you've been holding on to right there since way back when in September 2019. 

    I can totally relate, as it's true to say that the Covid-19 global pandemic really did scupper many a well-made Disney holiday for us UK Guests.  Therefore, it's made my zip-a-dee-doo-dah-day to hear that you're finally heading to Orlando and Walt Disney World Resort on October 14th, 2022!

    As I expect you might already know, some time ago, the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company reimagined the older-style Ultimate Tickets to the present Magic Tickets which are available to purchase in either 7-day, or 14-day ticket options.

    When Disney Theme Park Tickets are purchased online via the Walt Disney Travel Company, they are bought with particular Terms and Conditions.  As I am unable to access your My Disney Experience account to view any ticket media stored there, it does of course make it a little tricky for me to provide any firm confirmations for you.

    With your October Disney holiday almost appearing on the horizon, my best suggestion is for you to speak in person with a Cast Member who will be able to provide the best and most up-to-date information on your unused, older-style 14-day Ultimate Tickets from 2019.
