Hi-we are planning a visit with our 3 kids[11, 9 and 8yrs] with no restrictions on which time/month to come. We would be looking and appreciate any suggestions for the time with smaller crowds but also be able to go to enjoy several waterparks.

    Hi Susan,

If you'd like to enjoy some of the lightest crowds during the year, and weather that is predictably warm enough to visit the waterparks, I would recommend going to Disney in September (after Labor Day) or early October.  During these months, the summer crowds are gone, but it is still very warm.  The weather starts to get more mild (less hot) toward the middle-end of October, but you can get some cool days at this time of year as well.  When my son was one, we wanted to avoid big crowds and visited the week after Labor Day.  I remember marveling at the fact that we had virtually no waits on some of the top attractions.  During the past few years, Disney has offered some wonderful deals during this time period as well, so be sure to visit the website by clicking here for specials!

Whenever you chose to go, have a great time!
