Hi, We are planning a trip for December 2012 with 2 adults, one adult child and 2 children. My adult daughter won't be able to confirm her availability for some time and we are wondering how far in advance we should book?

    Hi Renee,

December is a wonderful time of the year to visit the Walt Disney World Resorts.

You can book your resort 499 days from check in. However, unless you are going the week between Christmas and New Years, you could book a little closer to when your daughter might know her availability.

However, if there are any budget constraints or you really want a particular resort, I would book your dates with your other two adults and one child as soon as that 499 day window opens. You can then add your daughter to the package.

Please keep in mind she will need to take the same package as you are purchasing. This means if you have the Disney Dining Plan she will need to purchase it as well.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
