Hi, We are planning a trip for august 2014. We are a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 children. We are interesting at the Villas Disney' Grand floridian (1 villa with 2 room) but in any date, this kind of room are unavailable. How can we know if is it correct,

    Hi Laura,

The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa are beautiful.  It sounds like you are looking for a two-bedroom villa, which would accommodate your party of seven people.

I suggest that you not only check online for availability at this resort, but also that you call Disney to ask about availability.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, you can do this by calling Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  Remember that if you are a Disney Vacation Club member wanting to book using your vacation points, you can book your home resort 11 months ahead and any other Disney Vacation Club resort seven months ahead.  So you could only book The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa as a Disney Vacation Club member using vacation points for August 2014 at this time if it is your home resort.

If you are not a Disney Vacation Club member, and you are looking to book at this resort using a traditional payment method such as a credit card, I suggest that you call Disney at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) and ask if accommodations are available for your desired dates.  If there are not any right now, I do suggest that you keep checking back as they may open up.  You might find it very difficult to get a reservation at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa right now, since it just opened up, is very popular, and has relatively few villas.  If you are unable to secure a reservation there, I suggest that you look into other Disney Vacation Club resorts such as Disney's Old Key West Resort or Disney's BoardWalk Villas.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Laura!  Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
