Hi We are planning on ONE day at Magic Kingdom and that is it (due to cost) We have a 3 & 5 year old. Umbrella stroller (seats 1) OR a Graco full stroller (seats 1) OR rent double at the park? I wondered if the 5 year old would be "ok" wi

Hi Tiffany!  As mom to a 4 year old little princess, the age-old stroller debate is a regular around my household.  While she does like to walk like the "big kids" much of the day, she always ends up in the stroller when she tires and believe me...you'll be glad you had on for your 5 year old at the end of the day.

I would usually recommend renting a double stroller from an off-site stroller rental company such as KindomStrollers.com or OrlandoStrollerRentals.com, but since you'll only be in the parks for one day, an in-park rental will probably be more convenient.  At the Magic Kingdom, strollers are available at the Stroller Shop which is located right inside of the main entrance.  The daily price for a double stroller $31.00.

If it would work out better to bring your own, I would recommend bringing the Graco for your 3 year old and the umbrella for your 5 year old.  My 4 year old has ridden in an umbrella stroller at Disney, and while it is a little harder to push, it can be done! You can carry the umbrella during the times the older child wants to walk and this way, you have it just in case little legs wear out!

Hope my answers have helped!  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!
